March 25, 2010. Powerful earthquake felt in Philippine's Manila

Residents in Manila and office workers in the Makati financial district rushed out of buildings after a magnitude 6.1 on the Richter scale earthquake struck some 135km (85 miles) southwest of Manila, local media and the U.S. Geological Survey said. Officials reported no serious damage in the capital.
