A top U.S. aid coordinator in Haiti warned on March 18th that a second disaster could not be averted in the country, and more than 200,000 quake survivors currently living in makeshift camps are at risk during an upcoming rainy and hurricane season. The expert warned that tents and other aid would not be enough to protect survivors, and a second catastrophe is expected in the next few months.
