March 19, 2010. Aftershocks expected for at least a year in Chile

Seismologists on March 19th said aftershocks from last month's 8.8 magnitude earthquake will continue for at least a year. Some 25 to 45 quakes of a magnitude 5.0 or higher are expected to rock the nation over the next months and experts say there is a one-in-three chance of a 7.0 magnitude aftershock.
